For the second day the breakfast, the meals at 10 o’clock and the afternoon breakfast are the same.
For lunch, make 30-40 g of rice, if you prefer brown, mix it with 250 g of strawberries, a few leaves of lettuce and a few pieces of orange.
For dinner eat 250 g of strawberries, banana and soy sprouts – make a salad again.
On the third day the only differences are for lunch and dinner. For lunch put 250 g of strawberries, a few slices of lemon or grapefruit and about 30 g of cheese.
For dinner cucumber, 200 g of strawberries and lemon juice.
The strawberry diet is not recommended for all those who are allergic to this fruit. In addition, during the diet you should not drink coffee and drink a cup of herbal tea every night. Throughout the day drink at least a liter and a half of water.
