For this you need about 200 g of beetroots, a liter of water, lemon. Wash and peel the beetroots, then grate them and squeeze the juice. Add warm water to the beetroot leftovers and boil for about 20 minutes.
Once it starts to boil, add lemon juice and, if desired, a little sugar to the mixture, as well as the juice you squeezed. Leave the mixture on the stove and wait for it to boil again, then take away from the stove and filter – when it cools, the drink is ready for consumption.
